কামিল ভর্তির জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় নিয়মাবলী 2018-2019/ how  to admission kamil 

কামিল মাস্টার দুই বছর মেয়াদী ভর্তির জন্য আবেদন এবং  কিভাবে ফি জমা দিবেন এর সমগ্র প্রক্রিয়াটি উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে।

নিম্নে কামিল মাস্টার্সের দুই বছর মেয়াদী ভর্তি এবং রেজিস্ট্রেসন  এর নিয়মাবলী উল্লেখ করা হলো:-

*কামিল ভর্তি হতে হলে প্রথমে ফাজিল পাশের প্রশংসাপত্রের মূল কপি এবং ফাজিল পাশের নম্বর পত্রের মূল কপি সংশ্লিষ্ট মাদ্রাসা জমা রাখতে হবে। এর পর ভর্তি করানো হবে দএটির দ্দকেদটি যদি না দেওয়া হয় সেই শিক্ষার্থীকে ভর্তি করানো হবে না।

*ভর্তি হওয়ার পর বাংলাদেশ কামিল মাস্টার্সের এর ছাত্র-ছাত্রী বিন্দু নিদিষ্ঠ সময়ের মধ্যে অনালাইনে রেজিট্রিসন  করতে হবে।

*এর অফিস খোলা থাকা অবস্থা সংশ্লিষ্ট মাদ্রাসা ফি জমা দেওয়ার মূর রশিদ ও 2 কপি ইসিপ লিস্টসহ যাবতীয় কাগজপত্র ইসলামি আরবি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের মোহাম্মদ পূরস্থ  অস্থায়ী কার্যালয়ে শাখায় জমা দিতে হবে নিদিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে।

*কামিল ভর্তি হতে ইচ্চুক আবেদন ফরমে স্বাক্ষর নিয়ে ভর্তি করাতে হবে।

* ভর্তি হওয়ার  সময় শিক্ষাথীর কাচ থেকে অবশ্যেই একটি অঙ্গীকার নামা নিতে হবে যে আমি এই প্রতিষ্ঠান বেতিত অন্য কোন প্রথিষ্ঠানে যাওয়ার চেষ্টা করবো  না কিংবা আবেদন করবো না।

*এবার কামিল মাস্টার্স 2 বধছর  মেয়াদী ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের রেজিট্রিসন সহ অন্যন্য যাবতীয় ফি  উল্লেখ করা হলো:-

1/ কামিলে আবেদন ফরম ফি হিসাবে নেওয়া হবে 100টাকা।

2/বিলম্ব হিসেবে রেজিট্রিসন ফি নেওয়া হবে 300 টাকা।

3/ বিলম্ব ভর্তি ফি হিসাবে নেওয়া হবে 400 টাকা।

4/ ক্রিড়া ফি হিসাবে নেওয়া হবে 50 টাকা।

5/ স্কাউট বাবদ নেওয়া হবে 25 টকা।

উল্লেখিত বিলম্ব ফি চাড়া 500 টাকা্ এবং বিলম্ব সহ ফি সহকারে 650 টাকা অনলাইনে ব্যাংকিং অগ্রনী ব্যাংকের এর মাধ্যমে পাঠাতে হবে। ফি জমা দেওয়ার রশিদের উপর অধ্যাক্ষের স্বাক্ষর ও সীল যেন থাকে

না  তা না হলে গ্রন্য করা হবে না। যারা বিলম্ব হিসাবে ভর্তি এবং রেজিট্রিসন করেছে তাদের ফি জমা দেওয়ার রশিদের নাম তালিকা যেন লাল কালিতে চিহ্নিত  করা থাকে। যে সকল নতুন অনুমদিত প্রাপ্ত মাদরাসা যে ক্ষেত্রে অনুমদিত পত্রের সত্যায়িত ফটোকপি যেন তালিকার সাথে যু্ক্ত থাকে। কামিলে ভর্তি কৃতক ছাত্র ছাত্রীরা নিজের তোলা 2কপি পাসপোর্টের সাইজের রঙিন ছবি অধ্যাক্ষ হতে সত্যায়িত করে মাদরাসায় সংরক্ষন রাখতে হবে। ছাত্র এবং ছাত্রীদের সকল তথ্য দাখিল এবং সমমান পরিক্ষার মোত হুবাহুব হতে হবে।

তাছাড়া একটি বিষয়ে কেউ যদি কামিল মাস্টার্স ডিগ্রী  পেতে চায় এবং সে যদি পুনরায় আবার 2 বছর মেয়েদি কামিল মাস্টার্সের ডিগ্রী অন্য কোন বিষয়ে করতে চায় তা সে ক্ষেত্রে আবদন করতে পারবে।
